My toddler loves this dip as much as I do, serve with some veggie slices or on top of a salad for a quick protein fix. Greek yogurt is a great swap for sour cream, mayonnaise and buttermilk. This is a thicker sauce then what you would get in a bottle but just as creamy.
Makes 2 cups-
2 cups Non Fat Greek Yogurt
2 Garlic Cloves shredded with a cheese grater
3 tbsp chopped Chives
2 tbsp Dried Parsley
1/2 tsp Dried Dill
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp White Vinegar
1 Avocado smashed with the back of a fork
Add all ingredients into a large Tupperware container or jar and mix well, place in fridge for at least an hour before serving.
Compare to Ranch dressing you can get at the store, a ¼ cup of the store bought has 170 calories, 15 grams of fat and only 1 gram of protein plus tons of preservatives and chemicals. Go all natural and save yourself some calories, fat and add tons of protein. Dig in!
A ¼ cup of dressing has:
Calories: 62
Fat: 2.5
Fiber: 1
Protein: 6

Here is my little girl, we regularly do a living room picnic with a Disney movie marathon. She ate the majority of the veggie plate I put out for the two of us. You can find fun ways to get veggies into the mouths of your kids, be creative sometimes just a change of venue will work.

YUM!!! I have to try this…gotta slow this baby weight gain (Oh, and stop drinking Mountain Dew – I got in trouble!)
Have you tried sparkling water? I found that when I gave up soda all I really missed were the bubbles.
Happy Cooking!

This is only 2 plus points for Wiehgt watchers
How long would this stay good (imagining that we dont eat it all)?
Couple of days, you will want to stir again before serving as the yogurt will settle.
