Makes 18 servings-
¾ cup Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Agave Nectar
1 Cup Vodka
2 Cups Cold Water
Sprig of Mint to decorate- optional
Zest one Lemon and the Orange into a loaf pan or something deep that will fit easily in your freezer. Juice all lemons and the orange, strain to make sure you don’t get any pulp add to the pan. Finely chop 1/2 of the cherries, the other 1/2 quarter and add to the pan, add sugar, agave, water and Vodka and mix well. Place in freezer and scrape with a fork every hour until it sets, this will ensure it doesn’t become one large ice cube. Using an cream scoop, portion out (don’t over do it, they are STRONG!) and serve.
