Chocolate Banana Ice Cream- 92 calories

One of my best friends Kate is both a caterer and a fellow Stay at Home Mom. She came over this weekend with some of her favorite recipes and we worked to make them healthy and low cal, this one was amazing! It takes almost no effort and makes you look like a Domestic Goddess to your guests and a Super Mom to your kids.

Serves 6-
4 Bananas sliced
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp Agave
6 sprigs of Mint- optional

Place sliced bananas in freezer overnight in a freezer bag or Tupperware. When bananas are frozen and you are ready to serve place the bananas, milk, Cocoa powder and Agave into a food processor or blender and turn on. Once it is smooth and creamy you can serve. Place in a pretty dish or glass, garnish with a little sprig of mint and serve.

Kate had made this once before and said it did not hold well as left overs, that it is an eat now kind of meal so hurry up and dig in!
