As you probably already know anytime I have an excuse to eat Greek Yogurt I do, and I make many recipes up just to indulge more in the protein packed, low calorie deliciously creamy stuff. So click here for my Chocolate Granola recipe, then whip up a quick parfait for yourself.
Makes 2 Parfaits-
1 cup Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp Organic Strawberry Jam
¼ cup Chocolate Granola
3 Strawberries thinly sliced
In a medium bowl mix yogurt and jam well, in 2 pretty clear glasses or 2 small mason jars add a little granola to the bottom, and a few slices of strawberries, top with ½ the yogurt, then more granola, and some sliced strawberries. Top with the rest of the yogurt, granola, then strawberries and dive in to strawberry parfait heaven.
