Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal- 129 calories

Serves 2-

1 cup Quick Oats

1 Apple cut into bite sized chunks

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Maple Syrup

 

Boil 1 3/4 cup of water, add in oatmeal and cinnamon, reduce to low and stir often until it thickens. Add in the maple syrup and mix well, move to two bowls and top with apples.
