Today I don’t want to give tips on losing weight or shaping up. No I want to talk about something much more important. I want to talk about loving your body the way it is. Each and every one of us has our own unique look and shape that makes us who we are. I know most of us have that thing about our body that we just can’t stand or that makes us insecure, whether it’s our arms, thighs, butt, nose, chin, height, weight or who knows what else.
