If you are a follower of my blog you already know I have an oatmeal obsession. It raises your metabolism, lowers cholesterol and fills you up. I use to get the little Quaker packets and truth be told, I ate them but didn’t really love them like I LOVE this recipe. Those little packets are full of sugar, preservatives and thickening agents, YUCK!
This is 100% all natural food that your body knows how to process… fake sugars and chemical derived preservatives are not found in nature and your body doesn’t know how to process them. My stand on preservatives, they belong in one place: a Bomb Shelter. Stop mummifying your body and get back to cooking all natural I promise the weight will drop off and you will feel fantastic!
