I love adding dried fruit to my oatmeal, I drop it in at the very beginning and it plumps up and adds flavor to the oatmeal. Almond Milk adds creaminess and sweetness and for only 60 calories per cup it is a much better choice than 2% milk, which is 122 calories per cup.
