Did you know that Watermelon and Rosemary are both full of Potassium and Calcium? The combo makes this the perfect after workout drink. This zero calorie drink is refreshing and gives back to your body too. Potassium is essential for building healthy muscles and calcium strengthens your bones to help you stand taller and look leaner.
I often make friends and family my guinea pigs for recipes, but today I brought this to my Barre Method class. To my surprise many of the Junior Competition Dancers were in my class and so I got to try out this drink on them. I was surprised when everyone came back for seconds and thirds. So for all you lovely dancers at Motions Academy of Dance this post is for you, to keep you lean, strong and hydrated.

Shove the watermelon and rosemary into your water bottle put in fridge for 10 minutes, that’s it! Refill when it gets 1/2 way down with cold water, do that 3-5 times before adding more watermelon and rosemary.
*A note on the water bottle method, you will not be able to get the watermelon and rosemary out so don’t use something you will want to keep unless it has a wide mouth.
