I love fall, what’s not to love? On a hot day in early September I decided it would be fall early, for me! So I made a big pitcher of this and to my surprise everyone in the house slurped it up faster than I could make it! I knew then this would be served at all my holiday parties this year!
It is so refreshing but also has a bite from the pepper corns which is then mellowed by the sweetness of the pears and clementines. YUM! I love this drink!
Questions about Clementines? They are just like tangerines and also called Cuties but you could easily replace by a juicy orange or blood orange for extra color.
Makes 1 pitcher, refill 3-5 times until flavor dissipates.
1 Pear thinly sliced
1 Clementine Orange cut into 8ths
1 tbsp Dried Cranberries
1 tsp All Spice Berries (look like pepper corns)
Top w/ 1.5 cups ice and then fill up with water and let sit 3 hours in fridge before drinking. The key here is to slice your fruit as thinly as you can so that you get the most flavor. If you want sweeter add an apple and another orange.
This will last in the fridge for 24-48 hours. There is no nutritional info below, it is all too small to notate, basically zero on everything. If you sit and drink an entire pitcher it is about 5 calories, you basically burn off any calories just by consuming.
HAPPY COOKING!

the all spiced berries is that in powdered form? we are having a hard time finding none powder it in our grocery store .
They are little balls, like pepper you put in the grinder. If you can’t find try without, but they really make the drink.
HAPPY COOKING!
I found some on Amazon for you:
Spicely Allspice Whole, 0.4 Ounce
How much water is in a pitcer? What if I am making 1 liter or 1 gallon, how do I split the recipe?
2 liter is average
Is it ok to do this in a 2-liter bottle, the kind that soda comes in? I think that would make it easier to transport for me.
Yes, of course. You might have a hard time getting the fruit out to re-use though.
HAPPY COOKING!
