I try new water recipes almost everyday, it is a fun way for me to be creative in the kitchen and keeps me from getting bored with water. I go to my local Trader Joe’s and get different cool frozen fruits, and try them out. Mango happened to be my find for this month and right off the bat this was delicious.
On some of the comment boards people have been confused that these zero calorie all natural drinks will be as sweet as a soda, they are not. This is a hint of a flavor, but a great way to train your taste buds to like water. Try it out yourself, but have an open mind and just add a little more fruit if you want it sweeter.
Makes 1 pitcher, refill 3-5 times until the flavor dissipates
1/2 cup Frozen Mango chunks
1/2 Lime thinly sliced
Sprig of Mint- Optional
Combine all ingredients into the bottom of a pitcher, cover with 1-2 cups (depending on size of pitcher) of ice then cover with water. Place in fridge for 3 hours before drinking.
The fruit should last about 24 hours, after that replace and wash out your pitcher. Check out more Day Spa Waters, I have several with mango.

This sound really yummy although it may want to make me add rum! Mojito’s are my fav. adult beverage.
LOL I love it, but I think you would find it will be… well watered down.
Pun intended, but honestly, don’t waste your rum on this recipe check out my skinny cocktails instead:

GOOD IDEAS ABOUT WATER, BUT HOW MUCH WATER IS NEEDED TO DRINK TO ACCOMPLISH THE WEIGHT LOSS???
I always give people the same 4 goals to work on:
1. Drink a gallon of water a day. Mango Ginger, Apple Cinnamon, old fashioned regular water.
2. Remove all processed foods and fake sugars from your diet.
3. Move your body more.
4. Count your calories. Take your goal weight and add a zero to the end, that is how many calories you should have each day.

This was good. already filled my second gallon. I used a whole lime so I could only taste that. Oops.
I’ll just add more mango. It was more minty lime mojito. Still enjoyed it though. Gonna make the tangerine strawberry today so that I can have it for tomorrow.
