Pretty Delicious by Candice Kumai

The book that taught me how to cook and how to eat Pretty Delicious is by far my favorite cookbook. It is Candace Kumai’s first cookbook, you may remember her from the first season of Top Chef, as a judge on Iron Chef America and countless shows and events. She is a wonderful gal and without this cookbook my 140 lb weight loss would have NEVER happened! I recommend you pick up a copy right away, it will change your life!

How to be a Domestic Goddess by Nigella Lawson

I love this cookbook, and I think the name says it all! If you want to learn how to bake this is the book you want. It is not low cal, but it is beautiful and has the best Sugar Cookie recipe in the world! Grab a copy and become a Domestic Goddess.

Yet another great book from Nigella, I look through this regularly for inspiration. Some of her recipes are actually healthy in this book, or can be easily lightened up. Grab a copy today!
