THE LOSE WEIGHT BY EATING 4 DAILY GOALS:
1. Drink a gallon of water a day. (try my fruit flavored water, sodas, ice cubes and teas to help you achieve this goal)
2. Remove all processed foods and fake sugars from your diet. (check out 200 Lose Weight By Eating recipes)
3. Move your body more.
4. Count your calories. Take your goal weight and add a zero to the end, that is how many calories you should have each day. -Pregnant and nursing Moms skip this step.-

How to Lose Weight in Your Stomach & Thighs Without Very Much Exercise Remember, these are goals not rules. Do your best to meet them each day, if you don’t make it tomorrow is a new day. If you try to do better each day you will eventually master these goals. At that point set some new goals and master them, it is a Create Your Own Diet plan.
A note on your weekly weight loss goals, it is VERY important to make REASONABLE goals! I see it often, women make a goal to lose 10 lbs in a week and only lose 5 lbs. They are disappointed and give up, and seriously you should NEVER be disappointed with a great loss like that! I recommend you choose a goal of 2-3 lbs per week, you can always crush that goal and beat it, what I don’t want is to see you crushed because you only lost 3 lbs! KEEP IN MIND 3 LBS FOR A YEAR WILL RESULT IN A 150 LBS LOSS!
